At Melody Moon Desert Camp, we value your time and understand that travel plans may change.

✅ Full Refund: If cancellation is made 48 hours before check-in, 90% amount will be refunded (10% processing charges apply).

❌ No Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or in case of No Show.

🕒 Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

🔄 Date Change: Allowed subject to availability if informed at least 48 hours prior.
